Court booking refunds run on fixed rules. No one decides your refund by hand.
Decided on the spot
The moment a booking is cancelled, declined or missed, the system applies the rule and records what you're owed.
48-hour deadline
Venues that miss it are blocked from new app bookings automatically until they pay. You're notified at every step.
Disputes only
A person looks at a refund only if you or the venue disputes it, using the receipt and references on file.
Today you pay the venue's GCash directly, so the venue holds your payment and sends any refund. Athlos tracks every refund, enforces the deadline and steps in on disputes.
No. Open the booking and send your receipt anyway. If the slot is still free, you keep it. If someone took it, a full refund is issued automatically.
Open the booking and tap Dispute. Add the GCash reference and the time you paid. An Athlos admin compares the receipt you uploaded with the venue's side and decides.
Venues have 48 hours. The moment the deadline passes, the venue stops receiving app bookings until it pays, and you can dispute the refund right away.
Tap "Not received" on the booking within 5 days. After that an undisputed refund is treated as received.
No. The amount comes from the rules above, computed by the system when the booking ends. An admin only rules on whether money actually moved.
Or email athlosph@outlook.com. About a booking? Message the venue from its page first. Full rules: Terms, court bookings.
