How do I book a pickleball court on Athlos?
Open a venue, pick a day and a free hour on the court grid, and pay the venue by GCash: the court price plus the ₱25 Athlos convenience fee in one payment. Your slot is held while you pay, and the venue confirms your receipt.
How much does Athlos cost?
Joining and using Athlos is free. The only fee is a ₱25 convenience fee on each court booking made in the app. Venues keep 100% of their court price, and open play fees are paid at the venue.
What is open play and how do I join?
Open play is a drop-in session a venue or club runs for a set skill level. Join in one tap; when it's full you go on the waitlist and move up automatically if someone drops out. At the venue you check in and wait for your turn in the court queue.
What is the Athlos Rating?
A rating from 2.000 to 8.000, kept separately for singles, doubles and mixed. It only moves on matches officiated by a certified Athlos referee, so every rated result was witnessed. Casual games are recorded but don't change it.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
Cancel before the day of play and you get the full court price back. Cancelling on the day, or not showing up, gets no refund. If the venue declines, cancels or doesn't confirm your receipt in time, you get everything back, fee included.
