Delete your Athlos account
Athlos, by Jason Bernados. Deletion is permanent.
In the app or on the website (immediate)
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings and tap Delete my account at the bottom.
- Confirm with your password (or a recent sign-in if you use Google, Facebook or Apple). Your account is deleted right away.
Can't sign in?
Email athlosph@outlook.com from the address on your account (or tell us the Google, Facebook or Apple account you signed in with) with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login, profile, handle, photos, ID verification, rating history, analytics, Props, Paddle Taps, messages you sent, follows, blocks, notifications, phone push addresses, referee applications, badges and club memberships.
What is kept, and why
Confirmed match results stay so other players' ratings and tournament records remain correct, shown as “Deleted player” with nothing that identifies you. Payment records are kept as long as Philippine tax law requires. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
